What's new in Axcite's modules?
October 2025
This October 2025 release plan introduces new notable features to some of the Axcite modules and contains minor quality and performance updates.
Prerelase features and quality updates may be modified before release.

This release is built on Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management 10.0.43 and tested on 10.0.43, 10.0.44, 10.0.45.

Axcite Invoice Workflow
Update line check as a Periodic job
It is now possible to run Update line check from a periodic job and add in batch.

Axcite Product Lifecycle Management
FMSN calculations per warehouse
The FMSN Classification has been expanded. It is now possible to calculate FMSN per warehouse, and based on filter codes, differentiate how the classification is defined. A new term, ADP (Average Daily Picks), is introduced, which is used to define when an item is a fast mover and when it is not.

Axcite product lifecycle fields have been added to the Released Product V2 entity, enabling data migration for these fields.

Axcite Transportation Management
Function for copying a created pallet in packing slip posting
A new button "Copy and create lines" makes it possible to quickly generate identical shipment lines based on one existing line. This is useful when working with many identical pallets/packages, as all data from the existing line will be copied and then auto populated to the new lines.

Parameter to control the default value set for "Qty of pallets/packages" on shipments
A new field has been added to Axcite Transportation parameters to set a default value for "Qty of pallets/packages" when creating new shipments.

A new entity has been created, enabling data to be imported directly into the Axcite transportation parameter table. This can be used for data migration.

Add service point ID to sales order header entity
The Service Point ID field has been added to the Sales Order Headers V4 entity, enabling data migration and integration scenarios.

Customer specific setup of delivery date on incoming sales orders
This feature allows to do a customer specific setup for handling requested delivery dates on incoming sales orders. The general parameter still exists in case you don't need individual customer setup.

External partners form should be extended to show more than 6 records
Flexibility improvements for the External partners form.
Now you are able to get an overview on many records.

Account name is now filterable and shown in the data entities for External partners.
Formerly, only Account number was shown.

Automatic generation of product receipt number (number sequence)
It is now possible to run the product receipt process as a batch job. For example, all purchase orders with status Registered can automatically be updated to Received overnight. The functionality also includes a new number sequence.

Extension to AWM payload generator to support batch and serial registration
The Axcite warehouse management payload generator has been extended, meaning that serial number and batch number registration is now supported in all MHAX processes.

IWF - Two approvers, brush up add
When IWF parameters, “Use two approvers” is activated, functionality is added to Invoice approval and Invoice approval journal.
For Cost invoices, expecting 1st approval only “Set status to 1st approval” will be visible. Set status to Approved will not be visible.

When using historical transactions in safety stock calculation, the standard deviation was not calculated. This has now been fixed.

The "Use Cloud Print" field has been moved from Axcite Transportation Parameters → Shipment Server Setup tab to the General tab. Its functionality remains unchanged.
