This February 2022 release introduces new and exciting functionality.

 

Axcite Quality Management

Vendor quality group

A new field has been added to the Vendor form called Vendor quality group. The field can be used to set up quality associations for purchase orders based on the vendor quality group. This means that you can group vendors and thereby create quality associations based on a group of vendors instead of setting them up for each vendor.

Purchase Order Confirmation import and ASN extended to support product dimensions.

Axcite EDI

Create EDI sales Documents based on Sales origin

The updates enable the user to manage when to send EDI sales documents (Confirmation, Packing slip and Invoice) based on sales origin. As a result, only orders that has been received via EDI is creating outgoing EDI sales documents.

Vat validation on Tax registration numbers

With the introduction of Tax Calculation Service the vat numbers will now also be placed in registration ID's. The VAT number validation now also runs against vat numbers placed here.

Filter codes on customers are now available, enabling the user to group/control/use in selections in WHS processes
