This July 2025 release plan introduces new notable features to some of the Axcite modules and contains minor quality and performance updates.
Prerelase features and quality updates may be modified before release.

This release is built on Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management 10.0.42 and tested on 10.0.42, 10.0.43, 10.0.44.

Shipment ID added as filtering option at voyage creation
When creating a voyage, there is some standard filter options to help find relevant purchase order lines. With this update, Shipment ID has been added as a new filter option, making it easier to identify and include specific lines linked to a given shipment.

The following Axcite product lifecycle management fields FMSN, XYZ and Item Statistic fields are added to the released products variants v2 entity to make them attainable for the demand planning app.

Axcite Quality Management
Axcite Quality Management - Power app
A new Power App has been developed to integrate with the Axcite Quality Management module. This app allows users to attach images directly to quality orders and return orders. Users can scan a QR code from within D365, capture a photo using their mobile device, and the image is automatically uploaded to the relevant order. Alternatively, users can search for and select a specific order in the app, take a photo, and it will be attached to the order in D365. Axcite Sales
Customer postponement - modify original confirmed ship date
It is now possible to to modify original confirmed ship date on sales orders if a customer postpones requested delivery.

Axcite Transportation Management
Adding shipmondo as service provider - FnO
Previously, Axcite Transportation Management only integrated with the shipping provider nShift. The module has now been expanded to also support integration with Shipmondo. You can choose to integrate with nShift only, Shipmondo only, or both providers simultaneously.
Existing customers continuing with nShift will experience no changes in the daily use of the module. Few Shipmondo-related buttons and FastTabs have been added only in the setup part of Axcite Transportation Management and should just be ignored if not in use.

Correct danish labels add
Danish labels have been created for the module.

Axcite Procurement
Date updates on planned purchase orders add
Previously, if errors occurred during Master Planning while using Planning Optimization, the "New order date" and "New requested ship date" fields were not populated on any planned purchase orders. This has now been corrected, and these fields are properly filled out on the planned purchase orders with errors.

Calculate and confirm delivery dates on sales orders created from sales agreement add
Requested ship date and requested receipt date are now automatically confirmed when a sales order is created from a sales agreement.

Consolidation of sales order lines will now only be on open sales order lines. Delivered and Invoiced lines are discarded.

Axcite Transportation Management
Support creation of nShift transfer order shipments (created manually from WHS-shipment) add
It is now ensured that the receiver address, as well as the receiver's phone number and email (if available and relevant for the shipping provider), are taken from the receiving warehouse when booking a shipment from a transfer order. If this information is not maintained at the warehouse level, the system will fall back to the details from the receiving site.

Intercompany synchronization for freight contact details for direct deliveries add
It is now ensured that the fields Freight contact person, Receiver phone, and Receiver email are correctly synchronized across companies in an intercompany chain involving direct delivery.
